Our vision is to provide an open and accessible choral group – demonstrated through our choice of accessible venue; our commitment not to have auditions; our welcome to people who have never sung before and want to try; our sliding scale of membership contributions; and the variety of methods we use to learn music.
- We perform for enjoyment.
- We build bridges within the LGBT community and with the wider public. These links contribute to breaking down barriers of disadvantage, homophobia, heterosexism, transphobia, isolation, inequality and prejudice against LGBT people.
- We promote positive images of the LGBT communities as a valid, central and contributing part of our wider diverse society.
- We function as a charitable, non-profit making community choir and make donations to local causes compatible with our aims.
